1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jk77 services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

jk77 operates a KYC verification programme consistent with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. As part of this programme, you may be required at any time — including at the point of first withdrawal — to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Pakistani Passport (bio-data page)
• Valid Pakistani Driver's Licence

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one active jk77 account. Duplicate accounts will be identified through automated verification systems and, upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Winnings derived from bonus funds held in duplicate accounts will be voided. Deposits made via duplicate accounts will be returned to the original funding source.

4. Account Security

5.1 Deposits

Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. jk77 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third party and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited instantly.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) are credited within one to three business hours, subject to banking system availability.
• jk77 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where operationally feasible. jk77 processes withdrawal requests within the following standard timeframes:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: within 30 minutes to 2 hours of approval
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank): within 1 to 3 business hours of approval
• VIP account holders: priority processing within 30 minutes across all methods

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. jk77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as part of its AML obligations. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your jk77 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. 7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on jk77 — across cricket, slots, live casino, and all other game categories — are subject to the following general rules. Specific game rules are published within each individual game interface and in the relevant help sections of the jk77 platform.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

jk77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where: a technical error has resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed; the bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded; or the bet is identified as part of a coordinated manipulation attempt. 7.2 Errors and Malfunctions

Nothing in these Terms limits jk77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

jk77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. The following tools and policies are in place to support players who may be at risk of developing problematic gambling habits:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

jk77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Detection of duplicate account operation
• Chargebacks initiated by the player against jk77 deposit transactions
• Use of prohibited software or manipulation techniques
• Abusive behaviour directed at jk77 support staff
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority

In the event of account closure for cause, jk77 reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived balances. Verified real-money deposits not implicated in the breach will be returned to the player via the original payment method following completion of any required investigation, which may take up to 30 business days.

13. Amendments to Terms

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
